Media accessibility has been growing in prominence over the past decade, and the growth of online platforms and changes in regulation around the world have led to a recent boom in audio description. However, many people are still unaware that audio description exists, as a service or as a possible career. This objective of this panel is to provide first-hand insight into the profession and interactive discussion about audio description with several experienced audio description writers.
